When Will I Get My Package?

All packages sent with paid shipping (and free shipping over $50) will be provided a tracking number. Once the package leaves us, we do not keep track of if the package was delivered. If there is issues with your package not being delivered or re-sent back to
us, please let us know and we will do our best to work on it.

For packages such as photocards, prints and mystery envelopes that can be sent with free untracked shipping, we cannot confirm or track when your purchase will get to you. Please allow up to 14 Business days to receive your package. We will not replace or refund and packages lost or damaged using this shipping.

How do I know which items are official?

To ensure the authenticity of the items, they will be listed as official and packaged with labels that clearly indicate their status.

How do I care for my clothing and bows?

Instructions for care will come with your purchase(s). Avoid washing or ironing bows and remember to wash tie-dyed items separately for the initial wash.
